Objectives

“Treat others as you would like to be treated” is well known as the Golden Rule. FOTGR Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization based on this Golden Rule, and is registered under the Government of India Societies Registration Act with registration No. 218/04. FOTGR stands for Focus On The Golden Rule! We extend help to all deserving people irrespective of their caste, creed or religion.

Medical Camps:
Every quarter of the year, we conduct free medical camps for heart, eye & general care etc…

Complete set of School Materials:

LKG to 7th std between 100-150 poor students, it is estimated to cost @ $50 each student.

Tailoring Training:

is provided for women from poor families (on successful completion of training, we provide sewing machine to help them make a living on their own).

Clothes:

School Uniforms, Civil Dresses, Blankets etc… (under garments are strictly brand new only).

Polyclinic:

All the services are free including syringe, first aid and essential medicines for diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol etc.

Financial Support:

on a small scale basis for medicine, marriage, construction, education, (nursing & technical studies, aged ones and parents).

Charity Programs in progress:

FOTGR recently purchased a land in Thannikunnu P.O, Chunakkara, Mavelikara. Construction is in progress of new Branch Office, Tailoring School, Polyclinic, Tuition Centre etc… Low-cost housing is currently under construction to provide free stay for eligible poor families.

Planned Projects:

Book Binding Unit, Computer Training Courses, Tuition Center (Mathematics & Science), Self employment Project, Industrial Production Complex etc…
